秋葵视频 Performing Arts Center Presents Broadway Musical Revue
秋葵视频鈥檚 Performing Arts Center (PAC) will host a performance of Neil Berg鈥檚 鈥�100 Years of Broadway,鈥� a musical revue of Broadway鈥檚 most celebrated shows at 7:30 p.m., Sept. 9. During the show, a cast of five Broadway stars will be accompanied by an all-star New York band.
鈥溾��100 Years of Broadway鈥� has some of the most talented performers from the stage today,鈥� said Performing Arts Center Director Carol Thompson. 鈥淲e are thrilled to host this performance, and it gives our community the opportunity to experience the highlights of several different Broadway shows in one evening,鈥� she said.
鈥�100 Years of Broadway鈥� recreates the greatest moments from both classic and new hit shows featuring the actual stars from 鈥淭he Phantom of the Opera,鈥� 鈥淟es Miserables,鈥� 鈥淐ATS,鈥� 鈥淏lack & Blue鈥� and 鈥淛ekyll & Hyde.鈥� 鈥�100 Years of Broadway鈥� is the most successful touring Broadway concert in North America, visiting more than 60 cities a year.
Berg is the composer/lyricist of musicals such as 鈥淭he Prince and the Pauper鈥� and 鈥淕rumpy Old Men,鈥� and two of his musicals have been selected for the prestigious New York Musical Theatre Festival. The production also features performers Chuck Wagner (鈥淟es Miserables,鈥� 鈥淛ekyll & Hyde鈥�), Sandra Joseph (鈥淭he Phantom of the Opera鈥�), Carter Calvert (鈥淐ATS鈥�), Ron Bohmer (鈥淭he Phantom of the Opera鈥�) and Ted Lewis Levy (鈥淏lack and Blue鈥�).
Tickets are $30 for adults and $10 for 秋葵视频 students and may be purchased at the Performing Arts Center box office from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, or by calling 912-478-7999.
