Lady Antebellum to Headline Spring Concert at Georgia Southern
秋葵视频 presents the Grammy-winning country music trio Lady Antebellum in their 鈥淭ake Me Downtown Tour 2014鈥� as the headlining band for the Spring Concert at 8 p.m. on Friday, May 2 at Allen E. Paulson Stadium.
Known for hits such as 鈥淚 Run To You,鈥� 鈥淎merican Honey,鈥� 鈥淛ust A Kiss鈥� and others, the band includes Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood. The group鈥檚 single 鈥淣eed You Now,鈥� claimed five of the trio鈥檚 seven career Grammy wins in 2011. Their latest album, 鈥淕olden,鈥� features 鈥淒owntown,鈥� which is the highest-debuting single in the band鈥檚 career.
Joe Nichols, whose hits include 鈥淕immie That Girl,鈥� 鈥淭he Impossible鈥� and 鈥淪unny and 75鈥� among others, will serve as one of the opening acts for Lady Antebellum. Kristian Bush will also be an opening act. 聽Bush is one half of the platinum-selling country duo Sugarland, which is known for songs including 鈥淏aby Girl,鈥� 鈥淪tay鈥� and others.
Tickets for Georgia Southern students will go on sale Monday, March 24, and public general admission tickets will go on sale Monday, March 31. Tickets will be available for purchase at the University Store and at.
