On-campus housing options for upper-class and transfer students for the 2026-2027 academic year are available at the following campuses: 

Statesboro Campus â€“ Returning and Transfer Housing students will receive more information about on-campus housing during the Spring 2026 Semester.

Armstrong Campus â€“ Returning and Transfer Housing will be in Compass Point

Room selection for Savannah Armstrong Campus will be in early February and students will be allowed to select their own room. An email to your campus email address will be sent with room selection instructions approximately a week prior to the date. Please review the housing policies.

Upper-class students will be able to select their own room in Compass Point.

  • Windward Commons is eligible for renewal by special request as it is a community intended for incoming first-year students based upon requests to the University Housing office.
  • Rooms designated for our themed housing communities or for special assignment related processes are not available to self-select into. If you do not see your room available during the renewal periods it means that it is not available for self-selection or that someone has already selected the space.
  • You will not have to pay the non-refundable application fee.

Armstrong Campus
Returning and Transfer Housing students will be in Compass Point. Room selection for Savannah Armstrong Campus will be in early February and students will be allowed to select their own room. Step 1
Go to the portal to complete your housing application.
Pay the non-refundable $150 application fee.
Returning students who have already paid the application fee do not have to pay again.

Step 2
In the application, be sure to select your room preferences or your specific room.
