Georgia Southern aquaponics farm on Armstrong Campus donating produce during COVID-19 pandemic

Sustainability is at the forefront of the FORAM Sustainable Aquaponics Research Center (SARC) on the 秋葵视频 Armstrong Campus, even during a pandemic. SARC recently donated produce grown at the aquaponics farm on campus to America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia. Donations like this, as well as other community service projects, are a large part of SARC鈥檚 mission.

Betty Foy Sanders Department of Art hosts first online exhibition 鈥楩orm and Content鈥

The Betty Foy Sanders Department of Art is hosting its annual juried student exhibitions this spring, but for the first time they will appear online. The first of three exhibitions, 鈥淔orm and Content,鈥 features student work from art foundations classes that include Drawing I, Drawing II, 2D Art and Design Foundations, 3D Art and Design Foundations and Digital Foundations. The exhibition is available to view online through April 12. Typically hosted in the University Gallery on the Statesboro Campus, the COVID-19 pandemic changed exhibition plans.
